Urgent care needs from the comfort of your home, for ages birth through adult. Some of our most common visit types are UTI's, upper respiratory infections, infections of the skin, eye, and ear, minor burns or injury.
Short Term Medication Refill
Up to 90 days of routine medication refills when you are in between primary care providers or unable to see your primary provider. Must have proof of recent prescription during visit. No controlled substance refills allowed.
Dermatology Consultation
Consultation and treatment of skin, lashes, hair, and nail issues. With treatment based on your needs. Common visit types are acne, anti-aging, hair loss, nail fungal infections, lash growth and thickness.
Nutrition & Weight Loss Consultation
Customized and individualized treatment based on each patient, including lifestyle modification and treatment including GLP-1 if medically appropriate.
Mental Health
Treatment and management of depression and anxiety in adults.
Women's Health Consultation
Women's health services including treatment of vaginal infections, urinary tract infection, sexually transmitted infection testing, contraceptive counseling and birth control prescriptions, emergency contraceptives, ovulation and fertility counseling, sexual health counseling.

Dr. Teri Berry is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She obtained her Doctorate in Nursing Practice degree and FNP certification from Indiana State University. Her past experience has specialized in family, pediatrics, and women’s health care including hormone replacement therapy, contraception, fertility counseling, dermatology, and medical weight loss as well as mental health services. She believes in treating patients with compassion and understanding.
